You should ticket the sweepers that just go straight down the middle of the street past any cars parked there. a lot of my neighbors move their cars to the other side of the street and the sweeper still goes past some of the emptied out spaces.If my gardener did not pick up anything that was in the gutter, my side would never see a brushed area.
This same thing happens on my street-it happened today on Anza Avenue. It’s after 5:00 p.m., and you can still see the marks the street cleaner leaves as it went down the middle of the frontage road. This has happened more than once.
Sweeper misses my side of the street even when there are no cars parked. He makes a wide turn right in front of my driveway on Ocean and on to Merrill.
