I thought the article was very well researched and that it offered clear and convincing proof that the City sold this “Street Sweeping” program to the public under false pretenses. The good citizen that put this together deserves our thanks for exposing the lies behind this scheme to generate more dollars for City coffers at the expense of Torrance citizens.
